We are legally registered in mainland China, with legitimate licenses for travel services and medical consulting. We follow all relevant Chinese laws and regulations. All partner hospitals have legal qualifications.
We have formal partnership agreements with the hospitals. Our role is “medical travel service provider” – we help clients access medical resources and provide full concierge services (visa, translation, accommodation, travel). Medical fees are paid directly to the hospitals. We charge no hidden “middleman fees”.
We are responsible for the quality of our service process – appointment accuracy, translation quality, accommodation comfort, itinerary reasonableness, etc. Medical quality and treatment outcomes are the responsibility of the partner hospitals and doctors. We fully inform clients of risks before departure and assist in establishing good communication with the hospital.
Our service fees are transparent and reasonable. We provide a one‑stop, end‑to‑end professional service – from your first contact to post‑return report interpretation, we are with you.
